2017 Following the inaugural season of the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company, Fiery Angel Productions for 2017/2018 will include the West End premiere of Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein and an extensive UK tour of a new production of Agatha Christie’s Love from a Stranger directed by Lucy Bailey.
Children’s Touring Partnership is currently touring Running Wild with plans afoot for a new version in 2018 of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book adapted by Olivier Award winning playwright, Jessica Swale.
2015 Fiery Angel presents The Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company launching a year-long residency at the Garrick Theatre October 2015 – November 2016 and featuring notable theatre luminaries as Judi Dench and Kenneth Branagh (starring and directing). Featured plays include The Winter’s Tale, Terence Rattigan’s Harlequinade, The Painkillers, Romeo and Juliet and John Osborne’s The Entertainer.
The 39 Steps celebrates its 9th year at the Criterion Theatre in the West End where it continues to entertain audiences internationally as productions are licensed worldwide.
Children’s Touring Partnership tours the first ever staging of John Boyne’s acclaimed novel The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas during the first half of 2015.
2014 To Kill a Mockingbird commences a highly successful tour of the UK and Ireland culminating in a triumphant transfer to the Barbican, London in the Summer of 2015. Christopher Sergel’s play adaptation of Harper Lee’s classic novel as originally staged by Regent’s Park is a triumph throughout its year-long tour.
Fiery Light, led by Edward and Limelight, brings notable children’s titles to the stage including a second tour of Ben & Holly’s Magic Kingdom, the first ever tour of The Octonauts and a brand new Peppa Pig live show – Peppa Pig’s Surprise! for Autumn 2015 following the very successful 2013-14 tour of Peppa Pig’s Big Splash!
Alfred Hitchcock’s Dial M for Murder by Frederick Knott directed by Lucy Bailey tours the UK in 2014 whilst Ghost Stories transfers to the Arts Theatre in London for a year-long run 2014-15.
2013 The Ladykillers successfully tours 2012-13 bringing this highly acclaimed comedy to audiences throughout the UK and Ireland.
2012 The Ladykillers West End production is nominated for five Olivier Awards: Best New Play, Best Set Design, Best Sound Design, Best Actress in a Play (Marcia Warren) and Best Director (Sean Foley). It closes at the Gielgud to full houses on 14 April 2012 and announces a UK & Ireland Tour with new cast.
The premiere of Patrick Barlow’s Ben-Hur (with a cast of four) opens in June, co-directed by Sean Foley and Patrick Barlow, produced at The Watermill Theatre, Newbury.
Peppa Pig’s Treasure Hunt continues to tour the UK & Ireland and will return to the Criterion Theatre at the end of the year for a third West End Christmas season.
The creators of Peppa Pig will be bringing another popular children’s television animation to life: Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom Live will tour the UK & Ireland from October 2012 until April 2013.
There are plans for a West End revival of Me and My Girl, in association with Noel Gay.
2011 Edward sets up the Children’s Touring Partnership which, in partnership with Chichester Festival Theatre, tours a brand new stage adaption by David Wood of Michelle Magorian’s classic novel Goodnight Mister Tom.
The West End production of The 39 Steps celebrates its 2000th performance at the Criterion Theatre in July 2011. Peppa Pig’s Party continues to tour the UK throughout the year.
In late 2011, comedy writer Graham Linehan’s interpretation of the iconic 1955 Ealing comedy The Ladykillers opens at the Gielgud Theatre in the West End.
Also launched this year: Fiery Dragons Ltd (FDL), a new company that co-produces and markets a variety of plays and musicals to be presented in the West End, and for UK and overseas touring. Edward is joined on the board of FDL by serial entrepreneur Luke Johnson, classical music promoter Raymond Gubbay, Louisa Prodromou and the late Peter Wolff.
2010 The West End production celebrates its 4th Birthday, booking into its 5th Year, September 2010.
Peppa Pig’s Party continues its UK tour October 2009 and moves to the Criterion Theatre for Christmas 2010.
2009 – 2010 A new production of Frederick Knott’s Dial M For Murder opens at West Yorkshire Playhouse in Autumn 2009. The 39 Steps takes to the road on its second UK tour, which launched at the Liverpool Playhouse in December 2009. The 39 Steps finished two years on Broadway, transferring to the off-Broadway New World Stages in March.
2008 The 39 Steps opened at the Roundabout Theatre in New York to rave reviews and later transferred to the Cort Theatre and wins 2 Tony Awards. The show also embarks on a 23 date national UK tour. Replica productions open in Italy and Australia and licensed productions in South Africa, Germany, Finland, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
2007 The 39 Steps continues to run in the West End and wins Best New Comedy at the Laurence Olivier Awards. Replica productions open in Israel and in Boston on a limited pre-New York run.
With MCM Limelight as co-producers, LazyTown Live!, based on the children’s television series, commences a nationwide tour.
2006 After five years in development the comic adaptation of Alfred Hitchcock’s The 39 Steps opens in the West End in September and is an immediate box office and critical success.
In association with the BBC The Fimbles tours for a 22-week tour in the UK and currently is touring under licence in Europe.
2004 Produced the box office hit play of David Mamet’s Oleanna – presented in the West End with Hollywood stars Aaron Eckhart and Julia Stiles.
2003 Toured the first major revival of Cameron Mackintosh’s hit musical Five Guys Named Moe.
Presents two sell-out seasons with Fascinating Aida at both the Vaudeville Theatre and the Theatre Royal Haymarket, both of which were nominated for an Olivier Award.
Also presents the Andalusian Flamenco Folk Opera Carmen at Sadler’s Wells and at six major cities in the UK
2002/3 Produced the stage version of Roald Dahl’s classic children’s book The Big Friendly Giant both on tour and in the West End.
2001 Re-opened and refurbished (with New York partners Richard Frankel Inc) the new Arts Theatre in the heart of the West End. Numerous hit plays are presented including direct transfers from the Royal National Theatre, the RSC, Donmar and The Abbey in Ireland.
1999 Edward presents the legendary Larry Adler’s 85th Birthday Concert at The Queen Elizabeth Hall in London. Edward also appointed as Artist & Creative Producer for Millennium Dome’s Opening Ceremony New Year’s Eve with a £4 Million budget.
1998 Produced the critically acclaimed West End Christmas production of Bugsy Malone. Concert tours in the year included work as UK Producer for the world tours of David Helfgott, the man who inspired the film Shine with sell-out dates at the Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Royal Albert Hall.
1997 Transferred direct from Soho Theatre the critically acclaimed play Kindertransport into the West End’s Vaudeville Theatre.
1996 Produced 40th Anniversary production of Julian Slade’s classic musical Salad Days in the West End.

1992 Discovered and produced the Reduced Shakespeare Company (from the USA) with their production of The Complete Works Of William Shakespeare – Abridged both in the West End and extensive touring throughout the UK. The production went on to become London’s longest ever running comedy in the West End.
